Pets
Pumpkin
Pumpkin is the only pet residing in Supervisor Trailer #9 who is from Lapis and Peridot's home universe. She's... Well, she's a pumpkin. Steven brought her to life by licking a pumpkin seed and then leaving it in the ground to grow overnight, because he can do that kind of shit. She has lived with Lapis and Peridot ever since.
Despite being a sentient vegetable, she acts and sounds just like a regular dog, and she loves pretty much everybody (as long as you don't go murdering other pumpkins in her presence). Her favorite activities include napping, rolling around in the dirt, and eating things that aren't actually food, such as soap, cake toppers, and pinecones.
During some vague point in time in the middle of the Shabondamashii event, Pumpkin was been sent back to the relative safety of Beach City along with Lapis Lazuli.
Stumpy
Stumpy is a female wimpod that Peridot captured in the Alola region during the carnival's brief visit there. While exploring one of the region's many beaches, Peridot glimpsed her disappearing into a hole in the rock of a sea cliff, and proceeded to basically stalk that hole for hours straight out of sheer obsession, until the mystery pokemon finally emerged again and she was able to catch her.
The Ringmaster made a decree that carnival members would only be able to keep one Pokemon captured during their stay, and that each person would have to win one of the island trials in order to earn the right to do so. Peridot was not able to accomplish such a feat because wimpod is, uh, quite wimpy, but Peridot was able to make a case to the RM to be able to keep Stumpy anyway.
When she's not at her trailer, Peridot tends to keep Stumpy's pokeball stashed in her gauntlet, so she's always on hand. She's not much use in a fight but she does know how to use sand attack, and is useful for making a quick getaway. Personality wise, Stumpy is about as typical as wimpods come: She's terrified of everything, and will generally immediately hide at the first sight of a stranger.
KNOWN MOVES (as established during Polaris)
-Aqua Jet
-Struggle Bug
-Sand Attack
-Spikes
Noodle
Noodle technically belongs to Lapis Lazuli, but as Lapis has been released from her contract and sent home, Peridot has taken over caring for her.
Caught in Alola as a dratini, Noodle used to love nothing more than napping with Lapis in her hammock. Much like Stumpy, she was a bit of a coward, and did not take kindly to strangers. Evolving into dragonair has given her a much needed boost in confidence, though. She is not incredibly protective of the whole SU gang and anyone they call friends, and has learned a few useful moves to put the hurt on anyone who would try to harm them.
KNOWN MOVES (as established during Polaris)
-Dragon Rush
-Thunder Wave
-Iron Tail
-Aqua Tail
-Safeguard
-Dragon Rage
Fleshy
"Fleshy" is the name given to this weird little creature, who was purchased by Peridot from the World Walker Caravan. Why, you may ask, did she spend her limited credits on such a weird little creature? Well, because Peridot can't resist a mystery! Every the other animal being sold at the caravan was of an identifiable species. Fleshy's designation was simply "???", because no one had any idea what the heck she was or where she came from. The only thing the caravaners knew for certain was that she needed a loving home.
Fleshy is an extremely curious and intelligent little creature, although you might question that description upon first meeting her. She is not a very 'high energy' entity, preferring instead to take things slow and sit observing the world around her; those who visit Lapis and Peridot's trailer may notice a trend of her sitting motionless in one place for hours on end, just. Watching, no indication given that she is even really registering much about what's going on around her. Hang around her for long enough, though, and you'll see that Fleshy is an emotionally intelligent creature capable of displaying incredible empathy. For example, when anyone in her family is upset, she loves to go and gather up an armful of her favorite foods of squash and melon, and bring them to the troubled party as a gift, to try and raise their spirits.
Fleshy is a vegetarian, and eats by stabbing that bizarre tongue through the thick hides of melons and gourd-like vegetables, sucking out the juice and guts within. Fortunately, she knows better than to menace Pumpkin, although knowing this does not stop Pumpkin from being generally pretty uncomfortable around her.
During some vague point in time in the middle of the Shabondamashii event, Fleshy was been sent back to the relative safety of Beach City along with Lapis Lazuli.
